KIND News Newsletter

The KIND News student newspaper carries the invaluable message of humane education to 3000+ elementary school students in Murray and Calloway County through a monthly student newspaper. Students and teachers in grades K-6 look forward to the newspaper every month.  The cost of each student’s newspaper has been paid for by the Society for more than 15 years.

If you would like to sponsor a class that currently receives KIND News or sponsor a new class, you can adopt-a-classroom with only a $25 donation. Students receive a personal copy of the monthly publication during the school year.  A subscription also includes a book of reproducibles -- KIND Teacher -- which features worksheets and a calendar of fun facts and tips on helping animals, people, and the environment. The teachers incorporate animals and KIND News into all aspects of classroom work: reading, writing, math, science, social studies, Character Counts!, etc.

Just mail or email us the teacher's name, school and grade level along with your donation. We will notify the teacher of your generosity.
